In regards to his educational background, he earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2006. He then went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine in 2016, followed by a fellowship in neurology at DMC Detroit Receiving Hospital in 2017.
