Get to know Gastroenterologist Dr. Frank Sammarco, who serves patients throughout the State of Connecticut.

An established physician in the field of gastroenterology, Dr. Sammarco is the President and Managing Partner of Soundview Medical Associates, LLC, with offices in Norwalk, and Darien, Connecticut. He sees patients with various conditions including stomach pain, constipation, blood in stool, diarrhea, Crohn’s disease, and colitis.

Pertaining to his educational pursuits, he graduated with his medical degree from University del Norieste in Tampico, Mexico. After relocating to the United States, he completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at Norwalk Hospital.

As a testament to his success, the doctor is board-certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
