A Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, he is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Maryland Podiatric Medical Association. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot Surgeons (FACFS) and a Fellow of the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons (FASPS).

In his professional experience, Dr. Snyder is the Founder and Chief Podiatric Medical Director of Maple Springs Ambulatory Surgical Center. He is also on staff at Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center and MedStar Montgomery Medical Center.
