Dr. Susan Stuart has been a Board Certified Pediatrician for the past 28 years. Currently working as a solo practicitioner in Westerly, RI. As a pedicatrician, Dr. Stuart diagnoses and treats infections, injuries, diseases and other disorders in children with an emphasis of weight management. Dr. Stuart oversees and manages the physical, mental and emotional health of her patients.
Additionally, Dr. Stuart began practicing Aesthetic Medicine 8 years ago. Initially at the request of her patients' parents. This has evolved into a multidisciplinary approach to wellness by addressing the growing need for weight management.
In addition to Wells Fountain, Dr. Stuart is also co-owner of Dorrance Spa in Providence and Hill & Harbor Medical Aesthetics in East Greenwich.

In addition to her work at Wells Fountain, Dr. Stuart is co-owner of Dorrance Spa in Providence and Hill & Harbor Medical Aesthetics in East Greenwich, further enhancing her reach in the wellness community. Her extensive education and training, including a Doctor of Osteopathy from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific and a Master’s in Epidemiology/Public Health from the University of Massachusetts, underpin her expertise in both pediatric and aesthetic medicine.
Dr. Stuart is an active member of professional organizations, including the American Society of Obesity Medicine and the American Academy of Pediatrics, demonstrating her commitment to staying at the forefront of medical advancements and best practices. Dr. Stuart served in the U.S. Navy, a chapter of her life that first led her to the historic coastal town of Newport, Rhode Island.
