A Phoenix native, she returned to her roots to pursue her medical education at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, following her undergraduate studies at Pomona College in California. Since joining Phoenix Children’s in June 2011, when the joint program with Barrow Neurological Institute was established, she has been instrumental in advancing clinical care, education, research, and advocacy services for her patients. 

Dr. Lewis specializes in a wide range of conditions, from headaches and migraines to cerebral palsy and other neurologic issues that can arise before and after birth.
