Before embarking on his professional journey, Dr. Daouk graduated with his medical degree from the University of Mosul College of Medicine in Iraq in 1985. He then went on to perform his residencies in the United States, completing a residency in family medicine at Hoboken University Medical Center in 1991, a residency in family medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in 1993, a residency in emergency medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in 2008, and a residency in emergency medicine at Ascension St. John Hospital in 2011.
With over four decades of experience, the doctor is board-certified in emergency medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM). The ABEM is one of 24 medical specialty certification boards recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
