With an interest in preventive cardiology, Dr. Sobti has been practicing internal medicine in Arlington, Texas since 1985. His practice has the advantage of modern, up-to-date training coupled with in-office diagnostic tools and laboratory tests. This enables patients to have quick and comprehensive one-stop evaluations of their symptoms and saves them cumbersome referrals and time.

A former Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Dr. Sobti is affiliated with Texas Health Arlington Memorial, Texas Health Heart & Vascular Hospital Arlington, and Medical City Arlington. He treats conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, osteoporosis, and other chronic ailments.

The doctor’s acclaimed career in medicine began after he earned his medical degree from PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in India in 1976. Upon relocating to the United States, he completed his residency in internal medicine at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, Illinois in 1986.

Dedicated to the profession of medicine, Dr. Sobti is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Holding fellowship status, he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Cardiology (FAAC) and a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology (FACG).
