  • After an accident how long will it take for my body to regain its original strength?

Healing timelines after an accident can vary greatly based on the patient's prior physical condition and the speed and position of the accident. Prognosis can range from a few weeks to several months or even years. Being evaluated by a healthcare professional and assessing the level of sensitivity, severity of discomfort, and how irritable it is with different tests will help to narrow down a more accurate prognosis. Dr. Hadinger’s journey began with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northern Arizona University, complemented by an undergraduate degree in Physiology from the University of Arizona. His academic credentials are impressive, but it’s his athletic background and application of it’s context that truly sets him apart. A former Division I swimmer and a competitor in the 2012 US Olympic Trials, Dr. Hadinger has a profound understanding of the physical demands placed on the body by training and competition.

At Streamline Performance, Dr. Hadinger and his team cater to a diverse clientele, from Ironman triathletes to weekend warriors and high school athletes. Their expertise spans a wide range of non-operative and post-operative injuries, including those affecting the shoulder, back, hips, and knees. What makes Streamline Performance unique is its holistic approach to rehabilitation. Clients benefit from personalized one-on-one therapy sessions, integrated personal training, and targeted massage therapy. This comprehensive care ensures that every patient not only recovers but thrives long term, distinguishing Streamline from the typical large clinic experience.

Dr. Hadinger’s credentials extend beyond his practice. He is a certified USA Weightlifting Coach and an active member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the USA Sports Medicine Network. His role with the USA Swimming Sports Medicine Network has allowed him to travel with and provide care for Team USA athletes at various national and international events, further cementing his status as a leading figure in sports rehabilitation.

When he’s not in the clinic or traveling with athletes, Dr. Hadinger enjoys exploring the great outdoors. His passions include camping, swimming, cycling, and snowboarding. He and his wife, Lindsay, along with their daughter Charlotte and two dogs, are avid explorers of Phoenix’s culinary scene, always on the hunt for the city’s next great dining experience.
