An established anesthesiologist, Dr. Foy works within the Department of Anesthesiology at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He provides anesthesia with precision and expertise for all types of surgical and invasive procedures, as well as for the management of acute pain.

With a broad educational background, Dr. Foy graduated with his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in 1999. He then went on to perform his internship at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in 2000, followed by his residency in anesthesiology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in 2003.

Ensuring the safety of patients who are about to undergo surgery, the doctor is board-certified in anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA).
