 Northcoast Dermatology Associates, Inc. features four board-certified dermatologists, including a fellowship-trained Mohs dermatologic surgeon. They pride themselves on providing state-of-the-art medical and surgical care to patients of all ages. All four physicians attend annual courses and national meetings and are current in the latest treatments and technologies to provide excellence in skin care, skin cancer screening, as well as laser and cosmetic treatments.  

A 1985 graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Dr. Sutter went on to perform her internship at University Hospitals of Cleveland in 1986. Three years later, in 1989, she completed her residency in dermatology at MetroHealth Medical Center. 

That same year, she attained board certification in dermatology through the American Board of Dermatology (ABD). The ABD is a voluntary, non-profit, private, autonomous organization formed for the primary purpose of protecting the public interest by establishing and maintaining high standards of training, education, and qualifications of physicians rendering care in dermatology.

Holding various society memberships, Dr. Sutter is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Medical Association, the Ohio Dermatological Association, the Cleveland Dermatological Society, and the Dermatology Foundation.

A Native Clevelander, she serves as a community skin cancer screening volunteer, and as a Clinical Instructor at Case Western Reserve University.

A dermatologist is a specialist doctor who manages skin diseases and deals with both internal and external causes and some cosmetic concerns involving the skin.
