Renowned OB-GYN at Baylor University Medical Center Offers Comprehensive Care with a Patient-Centered Approach

Dr. Adrianne C. Browning, MD, FACOG, a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, continues to set the standard for women’s healthcare in Dallas through her dedication to patient empowerment and evidence-based medicine. Practicing at Baylor Scott & White Women’s Health Group, Dr. Browning provides a full spectrum of OB-GYN services, including contraceptive management, gynecologic surgery, and support for vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC).  

Dr. Browning earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 2006 and completed her OB-GYN residency at Baylor University Medical Center in 2010. With over 15 years of clinical experience, including seven years as an OB-GYN hospitalist, she is adept at managing complex pregnancies and obstetric emergencies. Her clinical interests include external cephalic version, vaginal breech birth, and minimally invasive surgical techniques such as vaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (VNOTES).  

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Browning is committed to making healthcare accessible and inclusive. She treats patients across all life stages— from before puberty to after menopause—and emphasizes shared decision-making and respectful, individualized care. Her patient satisfaction ratings reflect this commitment, with an average score of 4.8 out of 5, highlighting her attentiveness, communication skills, and compassionate bedside manner. 

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Browning is actively involved in medical education and leadership. She has received multiple Excellence in Teaching awards and served as Chair of the Credentials Committee at Baylor University Medical Center until April 2025. Her scholarly contributions include peer-reviewed publications on topics such as postpartum uterine artery pseudoaneurysm and ectopic pregnancy.
