Dr. Heidi Anderson Sauder, PhD
Psychologist | Clinical
9085 E Mineral Cir Englewood CO, 80112About
Heidi A. Sauder, received her Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology with advanced studies and research, in collaboration with John Gottman, Ph.D., investigating the role of emotions and physiological response in marital interaction.
As a clinical psychologist and AASECT certified sex therapist, she sees couples with sexual health concerns including sexless relationships, discrepant desire, and negotiating a satisfying sexual life. Dr. Sauder helps partners transition their sexual life during times of illness, after becoming parents, and as they age.
In addition to sexual health concerns, Dr. Sauder sees couples for conflict management, those questioning if their relationship is salvageable, and partners who are separated, or in the process of divorce. She is a therapist of choice for people who are in acute distress and interested in an interactive clinician in the room who relies on 30 years of experience and yet is able to see every person for the unique individual they are.
Enrich Relationship Center is Dr. Sauder's doctoral level group practice in Centennial, CO. The practice focuses on Gottman therapy, grief, trauma, ADHD, and sex therapy.
Dr. Sauder currently is accepting couples for intensive two- or three-day sessions with the option of follow up therapy as needed. She believes intensive intervention is the best way to open up deeper conversations and get people out of the surface interactions they have that do not produce measurable change.
Dr. Sauder is a PSYPACT provider and travels outside of Colorado to participating states.
Dr. Sauder is a Gottman Educator, and the author of "Adventures In Sex: Journaling to Create Desire, Passion, Romance...and a Fun Sex Life." She also facilitates a monthly consultation group for Gottman clinicians who are dedicated to providing excellence in relationship care.
She welcomes the opportunity to assist you and your partner in making your relationship intimate and meaningful.
