Throughout her academic career, she graduated with her medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in 1992, completed her residency in anesthesiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and her residency in pediatric anesthesiology at the Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia.
