With a steadfast commitment to the critically ill and injured children in the Texas community, Dr. Morrissey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the emergency department at Cook Children’s Medical Center - Prosper, ensuring that young patients receive the highest quality of care.

With a broad educational background, he earned his medical degree from Universidad Catolica Nordestana in the Dominican Republic, where he developed a passion for pediatrics and emergency medicine. He completed his residency at Elmhurst Hospital/Mount Sinai Medical Center in Elmhurst, NY, where he honed his skills in acute care for children. Furthering his expertise, he completed a fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, specializing in pediatric emergency medicine.
