What diet is good for a fatty liver?
Most likely the diet you are currently on is a factor in causing fatty liver. So your diet should probably be diagonally opposite to your current diet. Having said that there is no simple answer to what diet is best in fatty liver. I have had successes treating fatty liver by simply finding out what kind of metabolism does a person has. There is metabolic testing that should be done in order to find the best diet for you. Hope this helps. If you have questions feel free to call our office at 323-661-7661 READ MORE
