For the last 65 years, Dale Medical Center has been providing the Ozark community with compassionate, quality health care and medical services. They understand the importance of good health and strive to provide our community with quality service for a range of healthcare needs. It is an 89-bed acute care facility, with a qualified medical staff specializing in internal medicine, family practice, cardiology, psychiatry, pediatrics, radiology, ENT, emergency medicine, orthopedic surgery, general and endoscopic surgery.

Born and raised in Bucharest, Romania, Dr. Constantine received his medical degree from the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy School of Medicine. After relocating to the United States, he completed his residency in general surgery at the Seton Hall University School of Graduate Medical Education (Saint Francis Medical Center) in 2005. 

Subsequently, he completed his fellowship in comprehensive minimally invasive surgery, training under Dr. Abdelkader Hawasli. During the fellowship, he was granted staff privileges at St. John Hospital Medical Center and Bon Secours Hospital. A wide variety of cases, including basic laparoscopy, advanced laparoscopy, open surgery and endoscopy were performed during the fellowship.

Distinguished as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), the doctor is board-certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery (ABS). The ABS is an independent, non-profit organization located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, founded for the purpose of certifying surgeons who have met a defined standard of education, training, and knowledge.

With a passion for teaching, Dr. Constantine held an appointment as an Associate Professor of Surgery at St. George's University Caribbean Medical School in Grenada, West Indies and trained surgical residents, medical and emergency medicine residents, as well as medical and osteopathic students from several universities.
