Get to know Plastic Surgeon Dr. Julie Sullivan Miller, who serves patients in New York & New Jersey.

Dr. Miller is a highly qualified plastic surgeon who specializes in eyelid plastic surgery, which includes procedures such as blepharoplasty, droopy eyelid repair, and eyelid lift. Laser vision correction is another of her specialties and an area in which she has performed hundreds of surgical and laser procedures that are compliments to a face lift in Manhattan.

Recognized as an authority in her field, she sees patients at Allure Plastic Surgery with offices in New York and Staten Island, New York. She and her colleagues are scholars in their fields as well as artists when it comes to delivering quality, natural looking results. They offer plastic, cosmetic, and reconstructive surgeries that utilize the latest techniques and render optimum results with minimal downtime.

Serving residents in New Jersey, Dr. Miller is a part of the team of professionals at Associates in Plastic Surgery with offices in Edison, Marlboro, Warren, and West Orange. There, she manages the APS Non-Invasive Center, specializing in non-surgical procedures to revitalize and beautify one’s appearance. These procedures include Botox, fillers, CoolSculpting, Ultherapy, vampire facial, and PhatFacial.

A proud member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the doctor is board-certified through the American Board of Ophthalmology, an independent, non-profit organization responsible for certifying ophthalmologists in the United States of America. 

A New Jersey native, Dr. Miller was born, raised, and educated in the great community of Jersey City. Seeking a change of scenery, she relocated to New Orleans, Louisiana, where she attended the Tulane University School of Medicine and received her medical degree and her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree. She returned to New Jersey for ophthalmology training at the renowned Harkness Eye Institute of Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City.

During her training, she participated in hundreds of complex cases that many eye surgeons never have the opportunity to see in their careers. She also learned state-of-the-art ophthalmologic techniques from scholars in the field, including the inventor of the refractive surgery laser.

Nowadays, in addition to practicing at Allure Plastic Surgery and Associates in Plastic Surgery, she holds staff privileges at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy, New Jersey.
