Mark P. Davis, MD, is the founder of Virginia Medical Acute Care (VMAC) in Springfield, Virginia.  VMAC was born out of Dr. Davis's mission to create a non-hospital environment where emergency patients could go to receive quality, personal care.  A native of Fairfax, Dr. Davis has been providing community healthcare at VMAC for the last 17 years.  With these services, Dr. Davis has implemented a number of time saving measures in non-surgical care and injuries obtained on the job.  The practice also features immunizations, physicals, minor surgical care, and fit for duty worker's comp release examinations.  When Dr. Davis is not at VMAC, he can be found teaching at George Washington and George Mason University, in Alexandria and Fairfax.
