    It is not unusual to have your periods within 7 days before or after your last period. As far as spotting, keep an eye on it. If it is persistent or gets worse, see your OBGyn. Headaches and dizziness are due to dehydration since you did not have a heavy period or excessive bleeding. Hydrate yourself with plenty of water, atleast a gallon a day, eat plant based unprocessed food, go for a walk and get some sleep.
