Hello, I’m a 33-year-old Owner of Integrity Mobile Phlebotomy Services, also a mother of a beautiful 13-year-old daughter. I’m well known in the healthcare field by the name of Miss Q... I attended Eastern Hills High School on the Eastside of Fort Worth Texas, graduated class of 2006. I have always been an extreme supporter of entrepreneurship; I’ve been driven by vision for as long as I can remember. I was never big on going to college long-term because of my desire for rapid elevation. At an early age I found the passion to advocate others with issues such as substance abuse, eating disorders or mental illness. I've always known that I would be in the medical field by the nurturing compassion that I have genuinely to take care of others by simply creating empowerment or a smile.

 I began mobile phlebotomy at the age of 21, I have been in the phlebotomy healthcare field for over 10 years. I started my business over 2 years ago March 2017 due to the fact on shortcomings, non-integrity for handling of specimen collection with my past contracted relationships at popular laboratory companies.

 There is disadvantage of being a single parent and a minority woman in this growing healthcare industry. Reasons being, due the stress of financial responsibilities and maintaining a job while staying focused on my vision of becoming a success story or leading example for my daughter or any young minority female. My perseverance for marketing and consulting skills for healthcare contracts, putting in all effort and dedication, countless hours, sleepless nights for my company.

 I enjoy mobile lab draws rather being stationed in one location simply because I’m able to aid patients from the comfort of their home or office. This allows me to fully focus on what my heart has drawn so deeply and passionately for, while permitting an advantage for independence, in an effect of being my own boss.
