Get to know Family Physician Dr. Rachelle Booth, who serves patients throughout the State of New York.

Recognized as a caring and compassionate family physician, Dr. Booth is affiliated with Primary Care of Western New York, LLP, seeing patients at their offices in Wheatfield and Williamsville, New York. She decided to go into medicine in order to care for and form lifelong relationships with her patients. Her areas of clinical interest include osteopathic manipulative medicine, and patients with special needs.

Primary Care of Western New York, LLP provides quality healthcare for the entire family. Their friendly family doctors provide care for all ages, creating lifelong relationships beginning in infancy and continuing through adolescence and into adulthood. They work to enhance the quality of care patients receive by bringing together clinical teams and patients to work as a coordinated unit focused on achieving desired health outcomes for them, their families and the community.

Throughout her academic career, Dr. Booth graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree from Canisius College, and earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then went on to complete her residency in family medicine at the Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo.

As a testament of her continued education, the doctor is board-certified in family medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians, which is an organization that provides board certification to qualified osteopathic physicians who specialize in delivering comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, genders, and addressing all parts of the body.

Family medicine is a medical specialty devoted to comprehensive health care for people of all ages. The specialist is called a family physician or family doctor. A family physician is often the first person a patient sees when seeking healthcare services. They examine and treat patients with a wide range of conditions and refer those with serious ailments to a specialist or appropriate facility.

When she is not tending to patients, Dr. Booth can be found spending time with her family and friends or attending a Buffalo Sabres game. She is a black belt in various martial arts, including Tae Kwon Do and Krav Maga. Her favorite movie is When Harry Met Sally.
