A seasoned internist, Dr. MacGinnis serves as the Co-Director of Learning Communities, Head of Tatnuck House, and Tatnuck House Mentor at UMass Memorial Medical Center. A graduate of Boston University, she initially pursued a career as a physical therapist before embarking on her journey in medicine. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Maine. She completed her internal medicine residency at UMass Memorial Medical Center, where she distinguished herself as chief resident during her final year, showcasing her leadership and commitment to excellence in patient care.
