UPMC Urgent Care Hershey is proud to announce the appointment of Eric Gorman, BA, FP-C, CCFP-C, CCTS, as Clinical Team Manager, effective February 2024. With a wealth of experience in clinical operations and a dedication to high-quality patient care, Eric enhances the delivery of urgent care services in the Hershey area.

His broad expertise encompasses operations management, administrative and clinical medical management, patient logistics, medical staffing, and customer service, among other critical areas. With a focus on safety operations and labor communications, Eric is committed to fostering a culture of excellence within the clinical team.

His academic journey began at Manheim Township High School, after which he pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, with an emphasis on Business Law, at the University of Michigan. Eric’s academic credentials are complemented by ongoing professional development, including a Degree in Organizational Leadership from Penn State World Campus, which he completed in 2023. Currently, he is furthering his education at Penn State College of Medicine, specializing in Crisis, Emergency, and Disaster Management, a program he began in 2021.
