Born and raised in Comanche, Dr. Adams attended Texas A&M University, graduating magna cum laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in 2003. She received her medical degree from Texas A&M College of Medicine in 2008 and completed her residency in family medicine at Texas A&M Health Science Center in 2011.

With a commitment to excellence, she is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), which is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family medicine and its sub-specialties.

Teaching the next generation of family medicine physicians, Dr. Adams serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor within the Department of Primary Care and Population Health at Texas A&M College of Medicine & as the Program Director of the Texas A&M Family Medicine Residency. Her teaching interests include high-risk and operative obstetrics, women’s health, hysteroscopy and ESSURE procedure, and international medical missions.

Named one of the Texas Super Doctors Rising Stars by Texas Monthly Magazine, she is affiliated with CHI St. Joseph Health Regional Hospital & St. Joseph Medical Center.
