If you have a job that is not quite so high risk and doesn't have a lot of contact with people and that can test you daily, you might be able to work given that you have made the excellent choice to be truly fully vaccinated. As you know, this new Omicron variant can be spread very quickly (even to vaccinated people), but your vaccination status makes it unlikely that you and your son will get sick.

Colds often last two weeks. Sometimes before you get past one virus, you pick up another. Get plenty of fluids and plenty of rest. Wash your hands frequently.
