In the old days, people would hit ganglion cysts with a book such as the bible in order to pop them!! We don't do that anymore obviously. No pill will get rid of the cyst. A doctor can try to drain the cyst with a needle, but that doesn't always work. The most sure way to get rid of the cyst is to surgically remove the cyst. These cysts are not cancerous, and are only removed if they are painful.

Most people who have flat feet have no pain or symptoms. Therefore, no treatment is required. However, if you have pain on the inner part of your ankles as a result of the flat feet, treatment starts as immobilization, anti-inflammatory medication, injections, and shoe inserts or orthotics can all be tried before any surgery would be performed. However, if the patient
is still symptomatic despite non-surgical means, then surgery would be the last option available.

Massage is fine and it certainly won’t hurt anything. However, I recommend you take Advil two or three tablets with each meal. You should get a tennis elbow strap and use that whenever you are gripping anything forcefully. Try to grip things with your hand pointing upwards as this uses different muscles. If the above is unsuccessful after a month or so, you’ll have to see an orthopedic surgeon.

I can tell you a few things, but this is not my area of expertise. Cervical Hemangiomas may be benign or aggressive( grow fast or slow). You should be seen/monitored by a neurosurgeon or perhaps an oncologist immediately and they can recommend treatment options. The hemangioma would cause neck pain. However, your arm pain is either caused by a pinched nerve due to the hemangioma (you did not mention the MRI showed that) or perhaps by a shoulder problem like rotator cuff tendonitis. I would recommend that you research and find a neurosurgeon who specializes in "tumors" of the spine. As far as being careful - the answer is yes. If there are microfractures, then undue stress could cause those fractures to get larger and perhaps cause the vertebrae to break.
