Aspirin decreases the bodies ability to form clots. This could be especially dangerous in the spine in the event that as the stimulator lead is advanced in the spine, it accidentally disrupts one of the vasculature units (artery or vein) there. I would inform the physician performing the procedure and change the procedure date so that you can have at least 7 to 10 days without aspirin. I hope this helps!
