It’s quite common that’s why antibiotics and steroid drips are given after the surgery

It is normal . You have to give time to your eyes to heal and use the eye drops prescribed after surgery and follow up with your eye specialist
How permanent is LASIK surgery?
It will not be permanent . In your 40s you’ll most likely need reading glasses

It’s not accurate

Yes glasses or contacts or laser surgery
How soon after pregnancy can you get LASIK?
I like to tell my patients to wait a few months after delivery since your hormones are still fluctuating and that can fluctuate vision too.

Sounds like a floater , please get a dilated eye exam
Do contacts slow down myopia?
They can help with myopia ,but it doesn’t stop myopia permanently . Myopia has a progression up to 25 years of age , and then it becomes stable in late 20s
My son is having optic nerve swelling?
He needs MRI, CT SCANS and visuals field tests , OCT etc. He needs m dilated fundus exam . Diamox helps with intra cranial hypertension

Your retina specialist will give you certain protocols that you have to follow . Depends on what type of surgery too
