Looks like a chalazion. She’ll need antibiotics, warm compresses, and then surgical removal of it doesn’t go away completely.
Eye swelling?
Sounds like allergic condition with contact dermatitis . However , without examination it’s difficult to diagnose . Could be chalazion too
Blurry vision?
Get checked for glasses , Retinitis pigmentosa. There are glasses made specially for contrast sensitivity issues
