Dr. Susan Roper, M.D.

Susan St. Clair Roper, MD, is a top dermatologist who lends her skills and expertise to serve patients at Countryside Dermatology & Laser Center in Clearwater, Florida, where she serves alongside Stuart Walek, MD. She became Director and President of the practice in 1986. With thirty-seven years of experience as a dermatologist, she specializes in skin care treatments for patients of all ages and skin types, including laser resurfacing, photodynamic therapy, facial vein treatment, sclerotherapy, laser hair removal, and more. Earlier in her career, Dr. Roper served as a Volunteer Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine and Dermatology at the University of South Florida School of Medicine in Tampa, Florida, and the James Haley VA Hospital Dermatology Clinic for over 20 years. She has retired from her volunteer duties in 2009. She has also been affiliated with Morton Plant/Mease Hospitals for over 20 years.
