Dr. Thomas Francel, M.D.

Dr. Thomas J. Francel, MD, FACS, is a highly accomplished plastic surgeon renowned for his expertise in facial and breast surgery. Board-certified in Plastic Surgery, he served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at Mercy Medical Center-St Louis, Jewish Hospital St Louis, and Assistant Chief of Service at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. With extensive contributions to research and education, he has published numerous articles and textbook chapters, focusing on facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, and cancer reconstruction.
