Dr. Armando Villarreal is a Pain Management Physician at Rehabilitation Medicine Center of New York. He completed his residency at Temple University and his fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. His area of interest is neuropathic pain and the use of neuromodulation techniques.

Dr. Villarreal is the former Chairman of the Neuromodulation group for the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain, as well as former treasurer for the Neuromodulation group of the International Association for the Study of Pain. He has been involved in multiple neuromodulation studies and is also member of the Educational committee of the American Academy of Pain Medicine. He also completed a Masters in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN.
