Good for you. Fraxel lasers, and other relatively expensive bells and whistles devices, are far more backed by marketing hype than any hard science. There are a variety of time tested, proven, simple, relatively inexpensive and effective methods, such as subcision and TCA CROSS for dealing with rolling scars, boxcar scars, and ice pick scars.

Save your money. A lot of these kinds of relatively expensive bells and whistles, so-called "next big thing" devices are supported far more by intense marketing hype than any hard science. You don't say whether your acne is mild, moderate or severe, so I really cannot comment more specifically. What I can say is that in many, if not most cases, acne can be treated effectively and relatively inexpensively by the appropriate use of prescription strength medications under the supervision of a dermatologist--a whole lot more cost effective and proven approach than jumping to the next "in" device to come along.

A photo would be quite helpful. But, it sounds from the history like a hyperpigmented burn scar. Burn scars characteristically possess both textural and color irregularities. Both of these issue can be effectively improved with the use of professional microneedling accompanied by the topical application of prescription strength skin lightening medications. Surgical revision surgery often replaces one scar with another, so I prefer the above to this option.

Androgenetic alopecia (hereditary baldness) does run in families, as often does the time of onset. I have many young male patients who had begun to show evidence of loss as early as their late teens. The earlier you seek treatment, the better to slow the rate of loss and to promote regrowth.

A mole is often called by the lay public a "beauty mark" or "birthmark." They tend to be darker than freckles, which are simply harmless areas of pigmentation that darken (as well as new ones appear) following a lot of sunexposure. Moles, for the most part are also harmless cosmetic nuisances, like freckles. However, some moles can actually wolves in sheeps' clothing and may harbor a potentially very serious cancer, a mole cancer known as malignant melanoma. If you notice any "beauty mark" change in size, shape, color, develop an irregular border or become itchy, tender, scaly or begin to bleed, you should see a dermatologist promptly.

Whiteheads around the eyes can be difficult to treat because any medications that may help may sting or burn if gotten into the eyes. What's more even topical prescription medications may take weeks to work. Frankly, in most cases, it far easier to let a dermatologist simply clean them all out by opening each with a #11 blade or get rid of them with light electrodessication. Dozens can be treated in this fashion in a matter of few minutes.
