Burning sensation is the symptom of your body telling you the nerve is abnormal. Causes can be numerous from diabetes, alcohol, lead, trauma, injury etc... Ones the cause is found and addressed, then the treatment options can begin to help. To address your question, accupuncture slippers can help with the symptoms, but may not help the cause of your neuropathy.
