Not atall. It’s actually very low risk in terms of serious life threatening events. However it can cause incontinence, pain , infection and erectile issues in some cases. Many newer forms of prostate surgeries are now available- using laser - which even very low complication risk. If you really need a prostatectomy- as in for prostate CA- you should go for it.

It's not an emergency however you may need a colonoscopy to rule out inflammatory bowel disease like crohn's or ulcerative colitis.

Morphine per se doesn't have any serious side effects in appropriate dosage but you seem to have developed thrombophlebitis which is inflammation of the vein, not necessarily due to morphine but due to injury of the vein due to the injection. treatment is ice and NSAIDS.
Recovery after surgery?
Sounds like he injured a nerve during the surgery. It may be reversible with physical therapy but can take a while. Please consult a neurologist.
Headaches and sharp pain?

Hepatitis A vaccine is only given once. However it's not a part of routine vaccination. It's only recommended for people traveling to endemic countries.
Are all hospitalists internists?
Not necessarily. Hospitalists are just doctors how work in the hospital. They can be internists, family medicine, nephrologist or even PAs or NPs.
