Lipodissolve Procedure 

Lipodissolve uses multiple injections containing a variable cocktail of homeopathic agents usually Vitamin B complex and phosphatidylcholine or PPC and drugs, usually the prescription medicine Trental or a similar drug that's diluted in a saline solution. Trental is used to improve blood circulation and help break fat cells faster. Vitamin B complex assists the liver for metabolizing fat cells, and PPC is the main fat-dissolving agent. The concoction is not FDA-approved, or is the treatment itself.

Your doctor will give a series of injections into the target areas, delivering the compound at a subcutaneous level (the point just below your skin), which is where all your fat deposits are stored. After the process, the area will harden before it altogether breaks down within a period of two weeks. The initially solidified fat is liquefied; an event that breaks the bonds that connect fat molecules together. It is gradually absorbed by the lymphatic system and sent to the liver, where it is processed, filtered, and removed through urination over the course of a couple of weeks. Pros and Cons of Lipodissolve Injections

The difference between lipodissolve and other liposuction techniques is the fact that anesthesia is not required. It's an outpatient treatment that takes less than an hour to complete, which has earned it a nickname of "lunchtime liposuction" that it shares with laser liposuction. Women who have given birth usually choose the lipodissolve technique for the stubborn fat on the lower abs.
