The pancreas causes pain either from inflammation (pancreatitis) or a tumor (pancreas cancer). The pain is different in these 2 cases. Pancreatitis causes acute, sudden onset, sharp epigastric pain (above the belly button), usually constant pain but worse with eating. Pain often associated with nausea and vomiting. Pancreas cancer pain is more chronic (lasting weeks or months), dull, located in the same area, but not worse with eating, usually no N/V, sometimes with weight loss and radiation to the back.

Short answer is no. Acute pancreatitis would not cause gurgling which generally means there are loud bowel sounds, which we call boborygmi. Borborygmi are not necessarily indicative of pathology, though it is conceivable that chronic pancreatitis may make it hard to digest fatty foods so this might cause more gurgling. Other potential causes of loud boborygmi might include IBS, SIBO, carbohydrate malabsorption, small bowel strictures.

It is not necessary to "detox" the bowels. This is not a medically valid concept. Even those who espouse this practice cannot define it, demonstrate it scientifically or provide valid documentation of any efficacy. You may have abnormal bowel motility, hypersensitive bowel, malabsorption of carbohydrates or other conditions producing symptoms that are interpreted by some as "toxins" in the bowel or in the stool. But there is no evidence for toxins needing to be cleansed from the intestines. There are plenty of people trying to make money pushing these unsubstantiated claims (much the same as the probiotic and vitamin crazes - the former holds out some hope but extensive research has shown little to no benefit, and the latter has been thoroughly debunked).
I encourage you to seek other explanations for whatever ails you from a GI standpoint, and I do appreciate the opportunity to address this issue.

Which medicine is best for stomach pain?

There are many possible causes, so a lot more detail is needed before a diagnosis can be made. Some causes include irritable bowel, celiac disease, lactose intolerance, colitis, etc., but it's not possible to venture a guess unless more information is obtained. You should see a PCP or GI doc for a proper work-up. Go sooner rather than later if you have weight loss, blood in the stool, or anemia.

What foods neutralize stomach acid?

The short answer is that all foods neutralize stomach acid, but only to a limited degree. Normal stomach pH is 1 and when you ingest food then you buffer that acid a bit, but eating also stimulates acid production so the buffering is short-lived and the pH goes back to 1 quickly. Even thinking about food causes acid production, in anticipation of eating. The bottom line is that even so-called alkaline foods or drinks, like milk, cannot buffer stomach acid enough to have any clinical effect. In general, one does not need to buffer or control acid unless that acid is causing a problem such as refluxing into the esophagus. Abdominal pain after eating - i.e., this symptom alone - is not necessarily a sign of too much stomach acid. The only things that cause excessive stomach acid are H. pylori infection and very rare tumors.
