Breakthrough bleeding
Antibiotics can interfere with absorption of the pills. Be extra careful. Be sure you have neg pregnancy test.

It should be ok. Would avoid the 1st trimester

Brown spotting
Sorta of a strange period. Some are like that. I would check a pregnancy test to be sure. If neg , keep up with your next cycle.
A cyst that was infected but has gone away but in alot of pain ,dizzy, feeling sick
You need it checked again Usually get immediate relief when cyst gone away. I woild get your physician to check it again

The Depo can cause irregular cycles. Be sure your pregnancy test is negative it normally evens out. Consult your physician if this continues.
Sweating?
I dont know if your meds have any effect on this. Anxiety & stress can. Drysol Deoderant can help sweating. . You may need to see someone in the endocrine field.

It sounds like uterine prolapse from what you told me. If so, it can be fixed. You are very young to have prolapse. I would recommend seeing a gynecologist & getting it evaluated. READ MORE

There are several things th say can cause a missed period. Even though yuue pregnancy test was negative, I would check it again after a short interval.

All infections are not the same. I hope you have been checked for this to be sure. Otherwise it might be irritation from the infection. Probably good idea to be checked again
