Kidney stones can also cause bleeding from the bladder. Usually would have back or flank pain if kidney stones

It could be depending on your ovulation, generally regular menses. It would generally be 4weeks & 6 days before that time. Usually the sonogram can get you close.

If you are on the pill don’t stop taking it. It can happen with let ovulation. You can always get a blood pregnancy test.

Assuming you are in good health, might want to get labs and get your thyroid checked. It can be a part of metabolism.

Pregnancy symptoms shouldn’t have started that soon unless you were farther along that you thought. Could be a viral syndrome. Do a pregnancy test just in case.

It could be just breakthrough bleeding or spotting. You can do a home test or maybe a blood test would be more accurate to be sure
Can you get pregnant after a miscarriage and before your next period?
Yes, it is possible but I usually recommend maybe 3 cycles & take prenatal vitamins to get the endometrium in proper balance.
