Uti and kidney infection
It could happen as your body is adjusting to kidney infection. It can delay your period also. Just check pregnancy test every few days. Menses should start otherwise
Late period
It woiuldnt be unusual to miss a cycle as you described it. The menses should resume shortley. I do not consult your physician.
c section scar is infected
It may be a stitch reaction. If it is a large area it may be worth a visit to your doctor
About birth control
If you are on BCPs th at could cause It even though you expected a period. I would do a pregnancy test to be sure.
How does a IUD work
It is not uncommon to have some bleeding. I would not expect that to continue. If It lasts over 2 weeks het checked again.

I would prob check ir in about a month from your last mensreual cycle if you ovulate regularly.
