It can happen mid cycle with implantation. Be sure you are not pregnant. I would do a test to be sure.

You might need some antibiotics if inflamed. I would see your Doctor if still hurts.

An expired IUD?

It shouldn’t cause a negative pregnancy test. There is a lifetime limit on some of the IUD’s. The Mirena just went to 7 years.

Sticky situation?

You generally want to take as soon as possible after unprotected sex. Maybe up to 72 hours after. Get a test if you are worried.

Sounds like an irregular cycle if pregnancy test was negative. Consult your Doctor if it continues

Why is my period so watery all of a sudden?

That is interesting. I am not sure unless it was the beginning or ending of your period. It might appear that way of mixed with urine when on the “potty”.
