Implantation bleeding?
It can happen mid cycle with implantation. Be sure you are not pregnant. I would do a test to be sure.

I have brown thick discharge?

You might need some antibiotics if inflamed. I would see your Doctor if still hurts.

An expired IUD?
It shouldn’t cause a negative pregnancy test. There is a lifetime limit on some of the IUD’s. The Mirena just went to 7 years.
Sticky situation?
You generally want to take as soon as possible after unprotected sex. Maybe up to 72 hours after. Get a test if you are worried.

Sounds like an irregular cycle if pregnancy test was negative. Consult your Doctor if it continues
Why is my period so watery all of a sudden?
That is interesting. I am not sure unless it was the beginning or ending of your period. It might appear that way of mixed with urine when on the “potty”.

It is difficult to diagnose this without seeing it. Contact dermatitis, herpes or shingles are a possibility. I think I would get your Doctor to look at it for an opinion.
