Knowing nothing more than what you describe, it is virtually impossible to suggest any specific or targeted intervention. However, the most efficient, obvious, and effective strategy would be to have the structure associated with the pain you're experiencing examined for compromise, as this will often and usually demonstrate some form of compromise in the
integrity of the spinal column or associated structures (foraminal encroachment), the hole through which the nerve exits the spinal cord, congenital anomaly of the vertebrae at that level, disc issues, etc., to name a few.

The short answer is yes! Unfortunately, the protocol intervention is very aggressive and can be quite expensive, as well as being time sensitive, taking anywhere from 6-12 months to demonstrate significant improvement. Most of the intervention is developed pending the results of a number of pre-disposing factors and clinical indicators, including specific blood findings, evaluation of genetic predispositions, thyroid/parathyroid involvement, presence of hypochlorhydria, antacid use, obesity, alcohol/caffeine use, diet, pain patterns and hydration. Once evaluated, the primary intervention is diet, activity (movement therapy) and elaborate supplementation. Hope this helps.

My best,
