Dr. Robert Blakeburn graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1987 and completed his Family Practice Residency at Carswell Air Force Base in 1990. He achieved Board Certification in Family Medicine and served as an active duty physician at Vance Air Force Base and an ER physician at Bass Baptist Hospital until 1993. He received the Meritorious Service Medal and became a Major before opening his private practice in Enid, where he was a founder of the Enid Clinic.
In 2001, Dr. Blakeburn moved to Clinton to work as the first full-time ER physician at Integris Clinton Regional Hospital and also served as the Medical Director of the Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Unit. He was recognized as a Champion of Quality by the Oklahoma Foundation of Medical Quality. After returning to private practice in 2007, he specialized in family and holistic medicine. Dr. Blakeburn is currently the director of the AllianceHealth Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit and has expertise in various medical areas such as heart disease, diabetes, allergies, and wellness.
