Antibiotics, it says take 1 four times a day?
It is better if you can take them every 6 hours. If you are sick, alarm goes off, take your dose...you will fall back asleep easy.

All I can say, is that to focus on super quality real animal protein. A powdered mix is so overprocessed; and even if I am (personally) physically hungry I tend to drink water just to make my stomach shut up. Also, powders are a pain to mix/clean up. First off, you have to get very good counseling and supportive family with you. I have a cousin who is my age. She was way too intelligent to grow up with my aunt/uncle. Her eating disorder grew from her wanting to be in control. I don't blame her. Btw, she was never overweight. Very athletic, good looking, popular. Her dad was a controlling pile of garbage. She beat her eating disorder over the course of 5+ years. Key turning point: she realized she doesn't need her parents' approval. She almost died early 30's, pretty scary.

I would hope that those values are off (especially during this pandemic) rather than relationship problems. The pandemic has led to a lot of domestic abuse/divorce, etc. If domestic life is fine, your problem is being pre-diabetic from inadequate exercise, or if you are taking psych meds like so many grown men I have seen break down in tears... Most of my patients are working age guys. They are struggling. Restrictions are loosened during this crisis beyond regular USA state lines.

That is an absolute scam. 3rd option, if you are shaving down there, pour rubbing alcohol over the razor before and after a shave. Don't leave the razor in a humid place.

The special place I work for, I can give you all those things. Do the lab work. Give you a place to chill out and stabilize you. Then after you are feeling more normal, I hear the panic attacks just like an outpatient primary or psychiatrist would. Trust me. During 2020, I have seen people absolutely melt down with crippling anxiety. During the pandemic, depending on what your states rules are, we have more freedom to treat mental health across state lines during the pandemic. Lots of ways to approach it!

There is a microclotting issue that is not fully understood. I saw a 40-year-old female for this same problem. She refused to go to the ER during the pandemic. I had her take 2 aspirin every 4 hrs, her paramedic friend updated me with vitals overnight. She won! No DVT! No ER! It went down after 2-3 days. Get a blood pressure monitor (someone else don't drive) to make sure. If it starts to reach 170 systolic, then have someone drive you to the ER. Once it hits 200, ambulance is the only safe way. Do the aspirin, absolutely do not do the gas pedal motion on that foot. If there is a DVT that motion will knock the clot loose. Get an ultrasound.

If so, have your doctor write an order for a sleep apnea test. If you have it, then you sleep with a cpap machine. You will sleep tons better and your blood pressure will improve.

I would recommend an emergency Ventolin HFA inhaler if asthma attacks are an issue. Get the nose spray fluticasone propionate (otc) for nose stuffiness. 2 sprays each nostril 2 times a day. Use it everyday. No skipping, or else it doesn't work correctly.
