Enlarged lymph nodes for three months is unusual and I am not sure that the radiologist on ultrasound can tell they are benign. I would talk to your physician about having a surgeon remove one of the nodes for a diagnosis. If he/she is unwilling to do that I would ask for a referral to a hematologist or medical oncologist for evaluation .

Although TSH suggests you are getting enough thyroid replacement in spite of slightly low T3 and T4, I would see your primary care physician to discuss this and get their recommendations.
