Hello, they are saying that pregnant women may get more serious illness from Covid than nonpregnant women due to changes in the immune system. This illness may be dangerous to you and your baby. For this reason, they are recommending the Covid vaccine while you are pregnant. This is a personal decision, though, and you can discuss your concerns, which are valid concerns, with your OB doctor before you decide for sure. Hope this helps. Hello, some thoughts. My first question would be, how old is your daughter, and does she have any siblings? Some aggressive behavior is seen in the toddler years and is considered normal. With my own children, and also in the preschools, we emphasize kind touch and show the child what that would feel like if they were to touch kindly their own arm. If we are talking school-age to teen, first modeling kind behavior in the family, and also avoiding aggressive tv or games that the child may be seeing. If you think this behavior is over the top, it would be wise to recruit a counselor or psychologist/psychiatrist to assist with an evaluation, counseling, and medication if needed.
