What's the life expectancy of a child with lupus?
Not sure since I am an adult Rheumatologist but would estimate about 50
What happens if Lyme disease is left untreated?
It can cause multiple health problems like heart,cons and arthritis. It can be cured with antibiotics.
Why does my son have sacroiliac joint pain?
See a pediatric rheumatologist, this could ankylosing spondylitis

If not controlled then yes

It could an arthritis problem, fracture or something else. I would recommend seeing your PCP for a xray and sedimentation rate

There are multiple possibilities but 10 year should not have muscle pains. Start with her PCP and go from there.
