Dr. Megan L. Oltmann is a foot and ankle surgeon in the state of Ohio. She is board qualified in forefoot, rearfoot, and reconstructive ankle surgery.  She is an Associate member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, American Podiatric Medical Association, Ohio Foot and Ankle Medical Association, and the Institute for Podiatric Excellence and Development.

Dr. Oltmann was born and raised in Hubbard, Oh, a small suburb of Youngstown, Oh. She grew up dancing competitively and playing volleyball. She graduated with honors from Hubbard High School. She went on to attend the The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's in Biology and a minor in dance. Following completion of her undergraduate studies, she competed her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. She then completed her intern year at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation followed by a Reconstructive foot and ankle Residency at Mercy Health/Northern Ohio Foot and Ankle Foundation.

Dr. Oltmann has surgical interests in foot and ankle surgery including, diabetic reconstructive surgery, sports injury management with an emphasis on dancers, fracture management, lower extremity trauma, reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle, pediatric foot surgery, as well as bunion and hammertoe surgery. Dr. Oltmann has advanced training in external fixation.
