Some nosebleed cab controlled with cautery, some with various types of packing and sponges, some absorbable and some non-absorbable. Surgery and/or embolization indicated if more conservative measures non- effective. Best to make appt. with ENT- nasal surgeon in your area for exam and advice. No smoking, alcohol, noseblowing, use mask if exposed to airborne particulate matter.
