No matter how you restore your teeth, the end result would be poor if you left your gums untreated! I know gum disease is primarily painless until it is too late, which of course makes your decision that more difficult. Think about it, you would not build a house on a poor foundation. Same thing applies.

Usually placed only on molars. If you are 24 & have no cavities, there is no need to place sealants @ your age.

Some of the color is internal (coming from the inside). During development, or external, (outside sources) such as food & drinks is blueberries, red wine, coffee.... Recommendation would be OTC whiteners or expensive in-office whitening systems. All are temporary and will need to be re done to maintain.

Other factors would be GERD (heartburn) - a lot of acid destruction, dry mouth (xerostomia). You could also have your saliva tested to see if you have a high acidic content.
